Wi-Fi acting up
Unplug modem + router for 30 seconds, plug modem in first, wait 2 minutes, then plug router back in. If you have mesh pods, reboot the main router first.
Printer offline
Power off printer for 15 seconds, turn back on, then restart the computer. If it’s Wi-Fi, confirm it’s on the correct network.
Outlook won’t send/receive
Quit Outlook, reopen, then try again. If it keeps failing, check you can log into webmail. Password changes often require updating Outlook.
Computer is slow
Restart first. Then close unused browser tabs, and make sure you have at least 10–15% free disk space. If it’s still slow, Remote Support is usually fastest.
You’ll download a small temporary app. You can end the session anytime by closing it or restarting the computer.
Device type (Mac/PC/iPhone), what changed recently, exact error message (screenshot helps), and your best callback time.
